Here is what I have just posted on the most recent IP's talk page. This range has been blocked at least five times. He has also done swastika vandalism at User talk:Baseball Bugs.

This has been going on sporadically for months, and has escalated severely in recent weeks. I genuinely believe the user, who has an obsession with a woman named Angelique Carrington, to whose Facebook page he has repeatedly linked, is disturbed.

Again, you have harassed and stalked me by placing a swastika on my talk page, here, because admins have blocked your various anon IPs from continuing to vandalize Rango (2011 film). Admins have also expressed concern about your linking to some young woman's Facebook page from some of your posts.

You vandalize and harass continually from a 58.178 and 58.179 range including this 58.178.101.246 as well as

You're behaving obsessively. You need to stop. Your constancy over months together with this latest escalation is a potential threat, and Wikipedia can notify your local authorities.
