There is nothing to be found in the cited sources that this is in any way a noteworthy or special speech. Politicians give a million of them in thousands of venues. Coverage is routine and expected of a US President. Zaathras (talk) 21:25, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

- Merge to 2023 Vilnius summit, the most reasonable place to cover it. Don't think the speech needs its own article, but it can be mentioned there. Reywas92Talk 02:58, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Delete did not go off script about Putin, not notable. I don't see anything about this speech specifically that needs merging, vis a vis just stating the US position on relevant issues in the summit article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Draken Bowser (talk • contribs) 07:34, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Merge to 2023 Vilnius summit. Seems appropriate.BabbaQ (talk) 08:58, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Merge to 2023 Vilnius summit. The speech itself does not merit an article but it can be covered within an article with a broader scope. — Prodraxis {talk • contribs} (she/her) 14:15, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Potentially keep or find another target: the speech seems to received WP:SIGCOV well over a tune of meeting both WP:GNG, WP:EVENT guidelines, for example [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], and etc pieces made in other medias, other than the news stories.
- Glaringly, it also wasn't a part of the NATO Vilnius summit's program [7] [8] and as such merging it with the event's article wouldn't be suitable as it is an independent, unrelated event. Respublik (talk) 10:32, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
- Merge into 2023 Vilnius summit per Reywas92 and Prodraxis. Sal2100 (talk) 21:18, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
