Delete: A significant part of the text is about joint ventures, with a DNA reference which doesn't mention this company. In the section on projects, there are more references which don't mention this company, references which link to Wikimapia, etc. Clearly this is a company going about its business, and some non-promotional media coverage exists ("CBI grills MSMC, Sunil Hi-tech, aXYKno officials in Nagpur", Times of India, April 1 2015) but I don't see enough coverage for WP:NCORP notability.
