Yes, transwiki per WP:NOTMANUAL. This page seems significantly more detailed than wikibooks:Beekeeping/Starting_Right, which it might replace or complement. FourViolas (talk) 04:21, 13 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I am not going to pile on, but the lack of search engine hits plus a look at the page history (created paragraph by paragraph with some time between them, rather than in a large copy-paste) give me reasonable confidence that it is not a copyvio.
