Poorly-sourced promo piece on a non-notable surgeon. Sources cited are passing mentions, appointment news, and primary sources, and a search finds nothing better. Has been back and forth between drafts and main space, and declined several times at AfC, but author insists on publishing. • Delete I've been trying to find significant coverage in independent sources, but can't see that he meets WP:GNG, and he is not so highly cited as to meet WP:NACADEMIC either.
