Nomination withdrawn, with thanks to the user who (while kindly remembering to assume good faith), pointed out that the subject has significant coverage on Spanish sites (thanks for all the very helpful links!). - Keep Has significant coverage on Spanish-language sites. Though I'm pretty there is no checking done at all before these AfDs are thrown out there, if on the off-chance there is, I would suggest searching Google.com.mx for guys who have significant careers in Mexico.
