Nominating per the same rationale given at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Adobe Creative Cloud Express. This app does not appear to have any notability independent of other Adobe products, and its only sources are WP:PROMO and WP:ROUTINE descriptions of the application's existence and capabilities. Being a "top app" on the app store is hardly a claim to notability.
