The subject does not meet the WP:AUTHOR, as none of their published works are deemed significant enough. Additionally, they do not fulfill the basic WP:GNG. Their roles, such as serving as chairperson of the Sindhi Language Authority or as a secretary in provincial government departments, do not meet the threshold for WP:N either.
