- Keep With all due respect to the nominator, the article asserts notability as a prominent Iranian playwright and gives a reference. There are plenty of other references readily available. The Reader's Encyclopedia of World Drama gives significant coverage of one of his plays. There is a six volume work called History of Civilizations of Central Asia, published by UNESCO. In the volume called Towards the Contemporary Period: From the Mid-nineteenth to the End of the Twentieth Century, he is described as "one of the founding fathers of modern Iranian theatre". He is described in the The World Encyclopedia of Contemporary Theatre: Volume 5: Asia/Pacific. He is described as "The leading personality of the theatre in Iran during the Rida Shah period" in The Encyclopaedia of Islam: MAHK-MID. The History of Theater in Iran says that he was "hailed as the father of modern Iranian theater". I encourage withdrawal of this nomination. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 21:21, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
