Appears to be a place without a population and without other claims to notability, which suggests it might not meet WP:NPLACE. I don't read the relevant languages but am not seeing anything other than the name in a database and the other language wikis are not offering any additional information. For interest, it is in Eveno-Bytantaysky National District which is very sparsely populated so it is plausible is has a population of 0 although I can't explain why it appears in the censuses as a place.
