No secondary sources, unacceptable for a BLP. Per WP:PRIMARY: "do not base an entire article on primary sources" - this is particularly important for BLPs. Fails WP:BASIC as lacking "significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject". - Delete: Sources are primary, and after searching for secondary reliable sources, I found only passing mentions, which are not significant coverage. Ambassadors are not inherently notable.
