Not sure if this tour is notable. This page was nominated for deletion in 2011, but there is still no description in the article as to why or how the tour was notable. Natg 19 (talk) 21:41, 26 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep: As I said in the last AFD 3.5 years ago, one of the "hottest" tours of 1984. Nothing has changed, and this nomination only suggests the articles needs improvement, which it does. Spend a few hours improving it, you'll feel like you are living in 1984, it will be fun. Avoid Cyndi Lauper, however.--Milowenthasspoken 13:00, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. I presume that a 1984 Billy Joel tour would have been covered by Rolling Stone and Billboard as well as the local papers for every city in which he performed. He was a huge star in the '80s. That sources are hard to find now is not surprising, as paper sources are not well represented on the web. Pburka (talk) 16:57, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Withdraw by nominator Per comments above, I am withdrawing my nomination. Is there a tag that we can put on the article to mark as needing improvement? Natg 19 (talk) 17:18, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I just fixed it up a bit, no tag needed. Thanks for reconsidering the nomination.--Milowenthasspoken 18:00, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
