- Delete. Largely unsourced, reads more like an obituary or personal reflection than an encyclopedia article. Although there is sourcing for the subject, it appears to be entirely local and mostly through his employer, so not independent enough for WP:GNG notability. And although he was an academic, his work appears to have been mainly building things rather than scholarly publication, so WP:PROF isn't appropriate and isn't met. —David Eppstein (talk) 19:36, 7 December 2019 (UTC)
