Keep. Clearly notable with sigcov such as [1] and for being a multi-time Olympic gold medalist (WP:NOLY), world champion, and a recipient of the National Order of Faithful Service per ru.wiki thus satisfying WP:ANYBIO as well. BeanieFan11 (talk) 02:48, 29 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
