• Delete per nom; this article does not present that "avocado cake" is a specific notable thing, but just broadly motions that avocados can be used as an ingredient in a variety of baked goods in a variety of mechanisms. Perhaps List of avocado dishes or Avocado#Uses should be expanded to show the fruit's versatility and use in cooking, but sources do not establish notability and I don't see a cohesive article topic here. • Redirect based on the sheer commonness of this recipe in cookbooks I owuld have expected more sigcov. It is a plausible redirect perhaps to Avocado#Uses as AtD.
