Another unverifiable Somali blank-spot-on-the-map. Interestingly, this gets a bunch of semi-legitimate hits because "ba aror" is supposedly the Somali name for some Commiphora species (at least if you believe the CRC World Dictionary of Medicinal and Poisonous Plants.
