Apparently non-notable scientist. No in-depth coverage in the sources in the page (NB, linkedin, researchgate), h-index of 5 according to Scopus. Delete. A Google Scholar search for "Balaji Shankar Kumar" is more productive than with the middle initial, but the citation record still falls well short of WP:NPROF C1, particularly in a higher citation field. No sign of other notability. Russ Woodroofe (talk) 12:28, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
