Notability. Refs with one exception are run of the mill coverage, self-published and in some cases seem not to mention Ziff. Nthe only possibly credible claim of notability is that he is Vice -President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, which curiosly is not mentioned in the article. • Delete: The article and its references are predominantly about the Ziff family's Town Centre Securities businesses. There is some coverage of their Stylo and Town Centre Securities businesses across the Barratts Shoes and Arnold Ziff articles but no focal article which could provide a ATD redirect target; nor are there articles on the CitiPark, TCS Energy or BaySentry Solutions concerns. Given that this is the second time this editor has created this article and appears on its way to a second deletion via AfD, it might be appropriate to WP:SALT the namespace to prevent a third recreation without at least going through WP:AFC.
