I'm not seeing notability for this chef that died in the attack. Aftermath section is just people saying nice things about him, as you would at a funeral. Before his death, life appears rather routine. 20 years on, this appears as memorial, which wiki is not. Oaktree b (talk) 13:56, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
