Keep @Portwoman: We have 291 such pages on the encyclopedia: Special:PrefixIndex/Bibliography_of. Some are topical bibliographies, while others are biographical, such as Bibliography of Richard Nixon. This would make sense as a standalone page if it were spun off from the main article Narendra Modi for page size reasons, and a fair number of the biographical bibliographies are for world leaders.
