Delete as per nom. Current references show no support for WP:GNG since there is not substantial coverage. A google news search (confined to Bauers in Wisconsin), did not turn up any substantial coverage. Unfortunately, this is a relatively common name, so general searches in the news and on the web produced hundreds of hits, but I could find nothing to support this subject's notability.
