The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (organizations) requirement. It was deleted, restored, and declined for speedy deletion. Might as well have another AfD. The subsequent notoriety due to some hacking seemed to have attracted only minor coverage, and I am not sure if it is about the organization or some of its hackers; in either case I think the article still fails notability.
