Ceel Gaal

This one is a bit of a puzzler. Geonames claims this as an "unverified" populated place on the northeast coast, but there's nothing there. It gives as a variant a name which appears to go with another place at the other end of Somaliland. Mapcarta claims a third location, nowhere near the first two.
