Utterly non-notable fictional "creature". It is not even an actual monster, so to speak, just a template that can be applied to any animal in D&D. There is no indication of notability at all on this concept, as evidenced by the fact that only reference being used is a single, primary source and that any additional reliable sources that discuss this concept in any depth don't exist.
