Keep. The previous version of the article needed references, but it's certainly a notable topic. Just googling "child support Israel" will net several English-language news articles.
Also in English, sections of Child Support: From Debt Collection to Social Policy, The Israeli Legal System: An Introduction, Women in Israel: A State of Their Own, The Jewish Family, Introduction to the Law of Israel.
