Non notable. Exactly three Google News Hits, two are passing mentions (one is an advertisement) and then there's this [1], which isn't really enough to satisfy WP:BIO or WP:GNG. Article was originally written and later heavily edited by WayneRay (talk · contribs) (and his sockpuppet); Mr. Ray is personally connected to the subject, making it promotional/spammy in nature.
