- Keep. Definitely meets WP:NAUTHOR per the many reviews I just added, possibly meets WP:NPROF#C1 per Scholar and possibly meets WP:NPROF#C3 if he is verifiably a fellow of the Royal Historical Society (which I haven't checked yet). AleatoryPonderings (???) (!!!) 15:27, 23 October 2020 (UTC)

- Mild Keep Has an authority control listing, meaning he's published enough to be indexed by international libraries. Article needs a rewrite to give more personal history. Oaktree b (talk) 03:34, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
- Keep. Plenty of folks who do not meet our notability criteria still have authority control listings.
