Keep. The sources already in the article seem to be enough to expand this well beyond a stub. There are further sources discussing this in many martial arts magazines, especially in connection with the nunchaku. See for instance, "Weapons of control: the nightstick and the nunchaku" in Black Belt magazine. SpinningSpark 12:00, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Merge to Arrest. Present article is a tad close to DICTDEF. The topic is possibly notable, but this is really just a term/jargon for a number of tools/weapons (each of which may have a wider use than just police) police make use of when restraining someone.Icewhiz (talk) 05:50, 25 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
