Delete. Unable to find anything reliable about her. There's an article at http://cdn.worldheritage.org/articles/Daisy_Velasquez which is almost identical, but it says Copyright 2013, and the Wikipedia article has been developing without substantial sources since 2008. —Anne Delong (talk) 03:04, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
