Procedural nomination: I've just declined a proposed deletion request on the grounds that a very old nomination was declined a decade ago thus making this immune from WP:PROD. This article is at best very, very outdated to the point of uselessness, and at worst outright spam. ‑ Iridescent 08:45, 22 August 2016 (UTC)
