This is basically a resume with no indication of notability per WP:GNG, WP:BIO, or WP:ACADEMIC (as David Xing or alternate name Dadi Xing). The award of "2014 QSR Best Student Paper Competition" also does not seem notable, and as far as I can tell he's not a Research Professor at Virginia Tech but he was a Research Assistant (i.e. a grad student). ... discospinster _talk 13:14, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
