EYE Magazine

This looks like a self published magazine and clearly WP:TOOSOON as it was apparently founded in Jan 2016. I do not see any claim of significance at least in English language sources - in fact I am struggling to find even a reliable source to verify the information. The Facebook page and Twitter confirm my view that it is not a popular well-circulated magazine.
