Fails WP:NCORP (or perhaps WP:NONPROFIT, though it's not clear whether this is/was a nonprofit organization). Sources are primary, regurgitated press releases, local coverage, or non-significant coverage. WP:BEFORE found no suitable sources with which to improve the article.
