Weak keep as an event article - WP:BLP1E generally discourages an article on a person when they are 1) only covered by reliable sourcesin the context of a single event, and 2)otherwise remains, and is likely to remain, a low-profile individual, and 3)the event is not significant or the individual's role was either not substantial or not well documented. All three conditions appear to be met based on the sources currently identified. However, per WP:EVENT, there is some WP:INDEPTH, WP:CONTINUEDCOVERAGE in WP:DIVERSE sources, including a national WP:GEOSCOPE. All indications suggest that @Beccaynr is better at this than me. But to make a suggestion:

One option could be The Hagedorn Jane Doe case, per the 2008 NYT use of the phrase. However, the event seems more associated with the Woodbridge Center mall (e.g. NJ.com 2008, NYDN, 2009), so Woodbridge Center Jane Doe case or Woodbridge Center mall Jane Doe case would probably be most helpful for readers.
