I emailed Lion Country Safari to ask about the center, apparently it is closed for good. There are no references in the article referring to the center, just papers that used the zoo's animals. A large portion of the article may have been written by staff from the zoo and I can find very little online about it. I reckon it's WP:NONNOTABLE and should be redirected to Lion Country Safari.
