• Keep. As a member of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Council (his membership is confirmed here) he would appear to pass WP:POLITICIAN. The "engineer" part should obviously be removed from the article title as it's just an honorific. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:46, 6 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
