The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. I'd say keep and improve. As much as I hate such PR articles, the foundation itself is definitely newsworthy and there's significant WP:ORGDEPTH and WP:AUD to establish that. In other words, it meets both criteria specified in WP:NGO. //Halibutt 11:35, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
