This seems to be a WP:PROMO article. There is a lack of reliable or independent sources that are not trivial. The contents of the article are (IMHO) not encyclopedic and have no other purpose than to advertise the product as "rarely having side effects" and listing the corporate endorsements it has. - Comment it appears that we're having a longer AfD discussion here. Wikipedia is not a product directory, and I don't think this is notable as a medical treatment. However, they have run a very large number of commercial advertisements in the United States. power~enwiki (π, ν) 06:56, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
- Weak keep. There is some coverage of the brand, ex. [1], [2], [3], [http://articles.latimes.com/2006/jul/25/local/me-extenze25. through this is borderline and most coverage seems to be critical (which is good since it would lessen the ad-like outlook of this). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:49, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
