The result was speedy keep. WP:RFD, not AFD, is for redirects. It would probably not be a good idea to nominate it there either, considering sources like Britannica: Turkish: “Kemal, Father of Turks” , i.e. that he is closely associated with the name Father of Turks. "Father of Turks" is the rough meaning of the last name of Ataturk, but it does not justify creating a redirect from this term to the Ataturk article. TheJoyfulTentmaker (talk) 05:03, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
