• Procedural keep due to an inadequate nomination statement. What notability guideline does the nominator believe this article fails? "Insufficient independent sources"? The article has no sources, so a WP:BEFORE must be done and the nominator gives no indication this was done. "Lack of notable impact" is not a deletion rationale.
