- Delete. The article is not ORPHANED, it is linked from e.g. Slow movement (culture), and the age of e.g. a {{notability}} tag is not a reason for deletion. Searching for sources, I don't find any that could make the article meet GNG/BASIC, rather I suspect like nom that The World Institute of Slowness would have a slightly better chance at meeting WP:NORG.
