Keep. A member of the Ethiopian Federal Parliament is certainly notable per WP:POLITICIAN. I have not found a solid source to confirm that he is still an MP, and I found something suggesting that he resigned, but notability is not temporary, and this provides enough confirmation to keep the article and look for better sources.
