Delete @Northamerica1000: The article for the parent company was started by the same user who started the Gizoo article. I did a quick check over Serif Europe and it doesn't appear to be notable at first glance either. For this article, I'd favor either deleting or redirecting, but it's likely the Serif Europe article itself would be deleted at AfD if nominated, so the end result would be the same.
