This is a hashtag claiming to be a "viral internet challenge" for a current geopolitical event. It is a WP:NOT violation. The article is not describing promotion, it is engaging in it. • No opinion from the creator, but some history. The article was tagged (not by Power~enwiki) literally minutes after the first edit,[1] so I haven't put the work I would usually exert into developing the article to an acceptable standard. I will put this one down to the "why experienced editors lose motivation to participate" department, and let the community decide what to do with this kerfuffle. • Comment Reminder of the ten-year test. I don't see this particular social media campaign passing that test independent of the current crisis. This is an WP:OSE cop-out, but the #BringBackOurGirls campaign redirects to the Chibok schoolgirls kidnapping, as the campaign was not seen as independent from the situation at hand.
