Non notable martial art. Fails to meet WP:MANOTE. Article lacks significant independent coverage so it also fails WP:GNG. Jakejr (talk) 23:49, 10 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep, I found some sources, which include:
  • An encyclopedic entry:Crudelli, Chris (2008). The Way of the Warrior: Martial Arts and Fighting Styles from Around the World. Penguin. p. 136.
  • "El arte marcial del Han Mu Do". El Universal, 20 February 2014.
Also note that this is an international subject and so there are lots of sources we are missing due to language problems. There are entries in three other language versions of Wikipedia: fr:Han_Mu_Do, nl:Hanmudo, ko:한무도. Antrocent (♫♬) 14:16, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Existence in other language Wikipedias is not sufficient to show notability since their criteria may be different. Papaursa (talk) 00:32, 25 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment The article lacks sources and I'm not overly impressed with these last two. Crudelli's book lists 4 martial arts of the same page (which also has 2 good sized photographs). It's not clear that this is significant coverage (although it's something). An article by "Editorial" in an online posting about the creator of this art visiting locally sounds more like a press release than significant coverage. Perhaps other sources can be provided to support the notability claim. Papaursa (talk) 20:30, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so a clearer consensus may be reached.

  • '"Keep"' I know Han Mu Do instructors and I speak Korean. I will gladly fix each of the issues listed here and bring this Wiki entry up to code so to speak. I have never written or edited a Wiki but do posses the skills necessary to do so. Please give me one week to complete my edit before proceeding with the aforementioned deletion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bigpapawoo (talkcontribs) 05:36, 19 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
