~~Neutral~~ for now. Nominator, who has been editing for only about a month, failed to abide by WP:BEFORE, or failed to note a good faith search. May or may not be notable, appears to be a decent start with sources in the article, but this will likely require a Norwegian language person who can search Norwegian news.
