Merge to International Symposium on Computer Architecture. Not independently notable but there's no reason not to mention it at the parent article, in more detail than the present see-also link. I have left a pointer to this discussion at Talk:International Symposium on Computer Architecture, as I think should be mandatory whenever a merge is proposed within an AfD. —David Eppstein (talk) 07:04, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Merge into International Symposium on Computer Architecture sounds like a good compromise, especially since that article is so sparse. Clearly not independently notable. There do seem a fair number of notable authors of papers with this award. Similar situation for, say, Alan D. Berenbaum Distinguished Service Award, so another option would be to merge 'em all into SIGARCH W Nowicki (talk) 17:57, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
