I could not establish that this met any of the WP:NOTABILITY criteria. It was created by a user who is a member of the association and has a testimonial on their website - an IP removed all tags, including prod, saying that he/she was a member of this group and will be improving it. I would normally given that a chance, but am concerned that this may be being used for promotion, and I cannot see that he/she can establish notability. Boleyn (talk) 11:19, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
