- Delete. With its introductory material and conclusion this is written as an essay/student paper rather than an encyclopedia article. While the title says IT ethics, the paper is a compilation of various topics which are already covered here in Computer ethics, Cybercrime, and Internet privacy. I don't see much here which could be added to those articles. StarryGrandma (talk) 18:10, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
