Delete I concur with nom, this article is a bunch of words that describe pretty much nothing, using educational technobabble, non sequiturs, and general nonsense ("educators need to create a Personal Fort Knox"). • Keep The concept here is to make education inviting rather than a chore and punishment. Wikipedia is supposed to be like that too – see policies like WP:ATD; WP:BITE and WP:CIVIL. The topic seems to have attracted some attention so here's a list of sample sources.

• Keep but I think it needs to be cut way down and be described as a "loosely-defined educational model" or something to that effect. It's true that its creators can't seem to communicate the concept without sounding like bureaucrats, but that doesn't make it not suitable for Wikipedia, in my view. • Keep – for better or for worse (I'd guess the latter, although that's above my pay grade), this topic has indeed received a great deal of coverage, as a simple GScholar search shows. Whether or not to WP:TNT the article presents a closer question, but the answer still seems to be no: per WP:PRESERVE, it's better to resolve the issues here via ruthless editing, including if necessary stubification, than to throw the whole article in the trash. • Keep something being invented or made up is not a reason for deletion especially considering most or all concepts are invented. According to Current Argus there is an international conference discussing the theory. There's an academic journal called the "Journal of Invitational Theory and Practice" that discusses invitational education. Searching Google Scholar yields quite a few sources such as these sources from The Journal of Geography in Higher Education, Delta Kappa Gamma Bulletin, and Africa Education Review.
